Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including scratch-made kitchen production, staffing, inventory, scheduling, and service standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to maintain a positive and high-performing work environment
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, labor costs, food costs, and profitability
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Implement and monitor operational processes, systems, and company policies
- Drive sales growth and create a welcoming, memorable dining experience
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (GM experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational metrics
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
